Throughout my childhood and college years, I wanted to be a teacher, an ecologist, and a zookeeper and always loved puzzles and working with my hands. Being a veterinarian allows me to do a little of all these things every day, making my dreams a reality. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.

I enjoy collecting information from owners, from my examination, and from diagnostic tests in order to figure out how I can best provide for and improve my patient’s health and comfort. This also includes teaching their human caretakers about disease prevention and management and how to maintain health and comfort at home.

I’m very excited to be a part of the Park Vet family. I enjoy landscaping, sewing, walking on the beach, and watching movies while snuggling on the couch with my husband and two large dogs, Dugan and Cameron.
