Alicia is one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives, helping clients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. She assists with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience for both pets and their owners. She holds a BA in Animal Science from NC State and has about a year of experience in veterinary medicine. Alicia’s favorite part of the field is meeting new patients—especially puppies and kittens—and helping them get started on a lifetime of care.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and crocheting.
