Hospital Policies
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the best care for all our patients, we require at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet(s) appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 hours’ notice or fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. After one no-show, we will require a non-refundable deposit for your next scheduled appointment equal to our current exam fee. The fee will be applied to that next scheduled appointment. If you no-show for that appointment, then the deposit is forfeited.
After two no shows, you will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of services. If you have questions please speak with a staff member before the start of and during the appointment.
The owner of the pet will assume responsibility for all charges incurred in the care of their pet(s), agreeing that these charges will be paid at the time of release and that a deposit may be required for treatment.
Third Party Pharmacies
We do not work directly with third-party pharmacies. However, we have a convenient online store that links directly to your pet’s account, making it easy to get refills and new medications. If you’d prefer, we can get that ordered for to you and send that information to you. You can request a written prescription from the doctor for you to pick up and use at the pharmacy of your choice.
Pet Photo Use (Optional)
Park Veterinary Hospital may occasionally take photographs of pets during visits. These photos may be used in print or digital materials, including on our website, social media, and for other promotional purposes with owner’s written agreement. We will never include owner names without permission. If you prefer that your pet not be photographed or featured, please let our team know.
